Saturday Smiles: A Big Thank You

Almost two weeks have passed since the launch of An Amish Buggy Ride. How quickly times fly!

This book has an interesting story behind the story that I wanted to share with you. To begin with, it started as a writing exercise at the Women Who Write Writers’ Group in Madison, New Jersey. The leader of the group gave us three words, “The snow fell…” and we had to start writing a story. Five minutes later, we read our stories to the rest of the group.

A year later, those three little words morphed into a novel that is now available on Amazon in both eBook, Audio, and print! CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE

I want to thank everyone who has purchased and read An Amish Buggy Ride. It is the greatest moment in a writer’s life to see something that has been worked on for such a long time—hundreds, if not thousands, of hours—appreciated by the reader. Sometimes I read them to my family (for they need to know that all of those hours I spend in my office writing is appreciated by the readers, too!). Alex often gives me a hug while Cat gives me one of those looks and an “Awwwww.” Marc just smiles.

I hope that we have many more “Awwwww” moments for I know that I am working hard on more books for your enjoyment. Writing is my passion and I am very blessed to have so many readers who enjoy the books produced by my efforts.

Hugs and blessings,

Sarah Price

  1. I love Amish fiction. So I have to tell you that this is one of the best books I’ve ever read. The story held my interest throughout the book. Sometimes we think they have different lives than we do, but they experience the same problems and hardships as in the English world. Please keep writing. Looking forward to your new book.

  2. I love Amish books most of all, they lift my spirit and really make me feel good because of their faith and love for each other!!! They are not so different than us, in the ways that they have to struggle and survive but their faith keeps them strong! Thanks for the opportunity to win when you have giveaways! I am trying so hard to win a Kindle or Nook, as I have been very ill lately and I could really use one when I am at the hospital for treatments! I am hoping that I either win one or maybe get one donated! My library is small, their Amish books few and they have no funds to purchase any books in the near future! Maybe someone looking at these comments can possibly help! I would truly be blessed!!! God Bless You and Your Family! And please keep writing, I look forward to reading your next book!!!

  3. I absolutely love this book! I read it in one day. Once I started I couldn’t put it down. I cried, I smiled, I laughed. Everyone, no matter where you come from, what faith you may be, race, gender, we all have our burdens.
