Amish

Going paperback…

I tried to fight it…it’s the eco-friendly part of me that resisted. I loved the eBooks and have truly enjoyed seeing more and more people reading books on them. But, too many people have been asking me for a book that they can keep on their shelves (or nightstands).  So, against my hopes that the world would embrace eBooks in totality, I have decided to start publishing the Amish of Lancaster series in paperback.

The good news is that this means more readers can enjoy the stories about Shana and Emanuel in Fields of Corn and Sylvia and Jake in Hills of Wheat.  Within the next few weeks, the next adventure will be published and readers will get to know Daniel and meet Rachel.

I hope that I’m not making a mistake but I want everyone to enjoy the stories of the lives and loves of the Lapp family from Lancaster County.

  1. Not a mistake there are lots of us that still like the feel of a book in our hands. Walking in a library or book store and just standing there with our mouths gaped open, taking in the view and smells of new and old books ……and thinking wow!

    1. That’s so true. When I walk into a book store, it feels like I’m in heaven. Just smelling the books…

It’ll be nice to see the books in print, of course. I just feel bad for the trees…

    1. Unfortunately, it will be $11.95. I’m hoping that I can distribute them directly for less…the goal is to spread the word and share the books. But the publisher wouldn’t go any less than that. 🙁
